Ruched and pleated throughout, the top features a thick bandeau which covers the tops of the arms but leaves shoulders elegantly bare.
This playful black puffball style dress in ruched fabric sits off the shoulder, the stiffness of the fabric allows for the neckline to be manipulated to dramatic effect.
