The Fawn Skirt is crafted from a rare specialty lamé designed by Annie and produced by artisans in the prestigious mills of Lake Como, Italy, who know this forgotten speciality craft . The intricate print is brought to life by gold threads woven through a silk base, creating a celestial, metallic glow that dances with every movement. This rare specialty fabric takes over 21 weeks to meticulously weave, due to the incredibly complex and time-consuming nature of this artisanal process, each limited run is truly irreplaceable. 

Drawing inspiration from a 4,000-year legacy, the Fawn Skirt honours the ancient artistry of lamé through Annie's eyes. Originally hand-wrought for the priests of Ancient Assyria and later synonymous with the daring glamour of 1920s flapper fashion, this piece embodies refined elegance through archival textile artistry. A celebration of disappearing craft, the Fawn Skirt is designed to be a wearable fragment of history, preserved for generations to come.

The Fawn Skirt is defined by a feminine, pleated silhouette that captures the light.  The skirt is constructed with structured pleating, designed to hold its shape and create volume. Internal crinoline supports the pleats, ensuring definition and movement while maintaining the silhouette.
